Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be accepted, all returned pieces must be:

  • In their original condition, unworn and unused,
  • Packaged securely in the original box or pouch
  • Free of any signs of damage, wear, or alteration

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We’ll notify you via email when your return is complete.

Initiating a Return

To request a return, please email hello@szeleofficial.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Our customer care team will respond with instructions and the return address. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless your item was incorrect or arrived damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending your item back, as we cannot be held liable for lost or untraceable returns.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you, depending on availability. Exchanges follow the same return guidelines and are processed once the original item is received and approved.

Final Sale Items

Some items are ineligible for return or exchange. These include:

  • Sale or promotion items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and inspecting each piece, but if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
