ORDERING

Do I need to have an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view your purchase history, and enjoy a smoother shopping experience.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible through our contact page.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see it, contact us with your full name and email used at checkout.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once it’s on the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by location:

Domestic: 3 to 7 business days
International: 7 to 21 business days depending on destination

How can I track my order?

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We offer exchanges or refunds within 7 days of receiving the item and postage charges to be borne by customer. Item must be in new and unworn condition with its original packaging.

Note: Earrings are not eligible due to hygiene reasons.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
